Una acción cultural local necesariamente con la sociocultura

Abstract

The translation of the political will of acting in culture, in terms of normative regulation and development of services, has been unlike and, in general lines, disappointing and ineffectively. The Public local Spanish Administration, concretely the local, has been characterized for focusing the cultural occupation less and less from a sociocultural point of view and increasingly in terms of economic costs. Likewise, resources have been squandered and fagocitado civil expectations, acting more for intuition, and without scarcely evaluation. It has chosen to programme in solitarily opposite to to make opportunities possible with others, specially with the citizenship. We enunciate to big outlines what it has characterized to happiness to cultural local action in Spain, propose lines of action that renew such policies, as well as we argue the force more than never of using the Sociocultural Animation as pertinent and complementary area, to the cultural management.
