Recent studies of the history of the colombian conflict coincide in affirming that the social violence combined to the armed violence during the last five decades have sowed angers, rancors, and desires of revenge that for not having been sufficiently agreements and transformed, are generating constants of new cycles of violence, turning the phenomenon into a vicious circle of difficult transformation. Opposed to this neuralgic aspect of the experience of violences, the Foundation for reconciliation has validated for nine years the program Centers of reconciliation which have develop a political culture of pardon and reconciliation as pedagogic strategy and psicosocial for the construction of a culture of peace. A community process, which has relied on the support of local, national, international authorities and of private company, builted in municipalities and urban sectors of high social need, communities from an approach of rights, differential and of participative action.
