The Foundation for reconciliation is a non-profit entity that designs and implements programs in the framework of a political culture of pardon and reconciliation to facilitate pacific resolution of conflicts, prevention and overcoming of violence, contributing this way to the construction of a sustainable peace. The model introduced in this text lies on processes of mediation, arbitration and conciliation, used directly against forms of hatreds, rancor, desires of revenge, insecurities and lack of motivation that may turn into more serious conflicts. The authoress presents one of the four programs developed by the Foundation.
