Since 1968, leisure centers have rapidly grown in Ivory Coast. However, from 1980 up to now, this activity receded for many reasons. Owing to that situation, the Leisure Department initiated two pilot leisure centres in school complexes in Marcory and Port-Bouët in Abidjan. This survey aims at assessing these centers. The study was carried out in June 2017, at the end of the pilot project. For this purpose, 337 people were interviewed among them 15 instructors, 210 pupils, 110 parents and 2 directors. For the data analysis, we used the content analysis and dialectic methods. Furthermore, the study reveals their representations of leisure centres.
