Abstract

By this reflection, we wish to renew the questions posed by the collective intervention on our territory and therefore to participate in collectively constructing a regionally situated meaning. Are all collective interventions equally valued? What are the factors and values that can be taken into account so that the notion of collective action is not an «empty shell», a catch-all Word? Is collective intervention done WITH us or FOR us? Does collective intervention contribute to the strengthening of the rights of the citizens to express freely in their community and on what terms? Is the right to speak freely understood as allowing the citizen’s participation to form the basis for citizenship in a democratic system? What is our place of citizens in today’s society?
