Abstract

The artistic interventions in the workplace intrigues by the author since 1995 cross the objectives of the cultural mediation by making adults sensitive to their own creative powers and to pleasure they can feel to go alongside the cultural sector. Within the framework of a recent project realized in the city of Laval (Quebec), the sociocultural community developer uses games of language by entailing employees in the double sense of a possible contamination: the virus will be harmless and playful while soaking employees in an esthetic experience. This approach brings such concepts as the in vitro culture of the art, artistic germs and groups to be infected. In the light of the observed positive effects, the relation between an artist and a company can turn out strongly positive.
