Abstract

The purpose of this article is to highlight the key pitfalls and conditions for success that have plagued the recent COVID-19 pandemic with the accelerated implementation of an elearning program in the leisure field: a certificate of qualification in sociocultural community development. To do this, it relies on the results obtained through an action research aimed both at documenting and accompanying this approach. The text also highlights the advantages and disadvantages of putting on-line initial face-to-face training, while proposing various recommendations that could support the continuous improvement of this type of training.
